Rachel Dahlen founded Dahlen Associates in 2003. Supported by a successful career with Wal-Mart Stores Inc., Rachel immediately began improving the results of Dahlen Associates’ clients across all tiers of retail. Rachel has successfully grown the company by focusing on delivering comprehensive, best in class services to every client and providing quantifiable improvements to their business. Rachel combines strong industry knowledge and business leadership skills to consistently manage complex projects for clients. A skilled communicator, effective negotiator and motivational team leader, Rachel seamlessly partners with each client’s internal teams. She is respected for her comprehensive approach to growing revenue, solid sense of integrity, and passion for the industry as a whole. Eve LeMaster
Account Executive
Eve is a seasoned merchant with over 15 years of retail merchandising and business development experience with highly successful sales records in both arenas. She has a history of establishing and managing profitable businesses and supplier partnerships. She has extensive project management and leadership experience, effectively leading cross-functional activities and successfully implementing multiple high-profile projects within well known retailers such as Wal-Mart and Macy’s, as well as smaller start-up companies. Eve spent 5 years at Wal-Mart Stores in roles within their International and E-Commerce divisions. She most recently served as Director of Supplier Development in their International division, working with the largest food and consumable multinational corporations and mentoring them to grow their businesses with Wal-Mart around the world. Eve was also a start-up member of the Wal-Mart.com team (their e-commerce division) responsible for building a successful online jewelry business inclusive of product selection, online and in-store marketing, and distribution.

Tina brings a variety of expertise to the table through marketing program development, branding, program management, marketing research, consumer behavior, event planning, publicity, and public relations. She utilizes her unique blend of skills to provide clients with the business fundamentals and the action plans to obtain results.
