American Graffiti Direct to Retail Program at Wal-Mart

Dahlen Associates partnered with Universal Consumer Products to develop
a Direct to Retail program with Wal-Mart. The American Graffiti classic
collectible diecast program was developed as one of their key initiatives, resulting
in increased revenue for NBC Universal and a new brand for Wal-Mart. This
unique partnership between supplier, retailer, and entertainment studio created
a customer centric program that has produced positive sales results for all involved. Dahlen
Associates managed the program from development to execution on behalf of Universal
Studios. The
American Graffiti program will be rolled out to all other retailers in Fall
2006.
